Orders placed on kokabing.com are processed Monday-Friday 9am to 3pm EST (excluding major holidays) and items are shipped within 2-3 business days from when the order is placed, pending payment authorization and verification. kokabing ships to all 50 states offering a flat rate via USPS First-Class Mail. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
kokabing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 14 days of the ship date received. kokabing will not accept any returns after 14 days.
Return items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled (free of stains of any kind including makeup and deodorant, free of scents from deodorant and body fragrances such as perfumes, cologne, oils, and body sprays, lotion, etc.). Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Your item needs to have the receipt/invoice or proof of purchase.
Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to kokabing (please see the address listed below). We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.
We currently do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is because there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.
